Professional Education Services is proud to provide Contractors and Remodellers with timely, high-impact instruction from some of the best minds in the business, including Greg Olson and Barry Stranz.
Greg’s career in the residential construction market began over 30 years ago when he started working in the trades while attending the University of Wisconsin, River Falls as part of a 3-person roofing crew After graduating with a degree in education, Greg started his own roofing company in Red Wing, MN. This company quickly morphed into a remodeling then into additions till finally the company’s progressive growth led to production framing and entry level housing.
Due to injuries sustained playing collegiate football and working in the construction industry, Greg was forced into the decision to shut down his construction company, which ultimately led to the formation of two sister companies in 2012, Professional Education Resources, LLC and All American Home Inspections, LLC.
Today Greg is a Federal EPA approved instructor as well as MN State approved residential construction and real estate education instructor. Greg regularly sits on state steering committees and helped define the MN Radon Mitigation Act and the MN Renovate, Repair, and Paint Rule governing the handling of lead based paint in residential housing. Because of his work with both ProEd and All American Home Inspections, Greg is routinely called on as an expert witness in cases involving residential housing issues as well as a business consultant for construction companies.
